With concrete proof ![]() "This new interface has been created to simplify and accelerate the sale of car purchase contract, as it is the case for our client Honda Financial Spain. As a result we obtain an optimized organisation of the data to be captured within a reduced amount of pages through limited server transactions (thanks to AJAX technology and assuming that 90% of the clients are unknown to the system), which saves a real amount of time " adds Christophe Boley, Business Solution Manager at Fimasys. Advantages for Honda Financial Spain " In order to adapt HFSs automotive financing offer and make the dealer network more efficient, we needed to provide our client with a user interface able to provide faster system acceptance decisions. We have given priority to a purchase channel with a shorter process. With this interface more fitted to car point of sales, we observe, since its installation in July 2009, that the sale process management has improved. Thanks to Proposal Express, we have been able to reduce from 15 to 20 minutes on average to 5 minutes the duration for building a proposition to an end customer and get the final acceptance.
