Suresnes, February 2nd 2007 – In 10 years, Fimasys, publisher of financial services management software, has grown from 3 to 100 employees, with an average annual growth of 40% over the past five years and sales of €11M in 2006. Recognized as one of the companies in France with the best performance, Fimasys was awarded “2005 Gazelle” label*. It is present on the international scene through prestigious customers and is opening offices in Spain and China.

 

Over the past 10 years, Fimasys has been marked by the following events:

  • 1996, creation of Fimasys by Didier Seillier, Jean-Jacques Pineau and Pascal Martinez
  • 1998, development of the ProFinance Suite Software for financial services
  • 2000, portability of all the product lines to J2EE technology
  • 2001, first labelled “innovative company” by ANVAR (French innovation agency) **
  • 2002, first call for fund raise €1.2M
  • 2004, acquisition of Autoself, software specialized in automobile fleet management
  • 2005, second call for fund raise €6M
  • 2006, inauguration of an office in Spain (Madrid) and in China (Beijing)

Fimasys is ready to face the challenges of its significant growth and to continue to evolve with new international markets. Fimasys has achieved average annual growth of 40% over the past five years and is opening offices in Spain and China.
