A successful transfer of knowledge enables the customer to be autonomous in the configuration and use of Fimasys productsDuring each phase of a project, the objective of Fimasys is to transfer to the customer the maximum knowledge, which will enable them to completely administer the application, configure the business parameters, customise the content and to create or change reports, documents and workflows. The initial implementation project is focused on creating a close relationship between the customer and the project teams in order to facilitate effective knowledge transferIn order to effectively transfer system-related competence to the customer, first the data model must be explained to the customer. The comprehension of the data model and subsequent training in the use of the FARM administration tool are the basis of a close and durable relationship between the customer and the project team. A shared knowledge base of electronically stored information is made available to customers via the Fimasys ExtranetA shared knowledge base has been established on the Fimasys Extranet to allow customer access to electronic information relating to the system, business processes, configuration, technical data and other project related facts. |
